04/27/2006: "Ice cream shop discontinues frozen yogurt, lactose intolerants riot"

I'm having a bad day. I drove over to Cold Stone Creamery for a bit of yogurt/strawberry/poundcake love. And then came the sickening, soul-crushing blow.

Cold Stone has discontinued all its frozen yogurt.

WHY GODS, WHY?

The guy at the store I went to (I think he was the manager) tried to helpfully offer me their two sorbet choices when I told him of my lactose intolerant condition. I declined. Because YOU CAN'T PUT POUNDCAKE INTO SORBET. It's just wrong, wrong, wrong.

I left, dejected.

I drove to Cub Foods and bought my own damn frozen yogurt, strawberries, and poundcake. And it was delicious. So nyah, Cold Stone devils.
