Can you believe this weather?  It seems like it only rains on the weekends.  We still did get some flying in by dodging the raindrops.

     It's too bad the Fly-In was canceled.  Yes it was cold, about 62⁰, and windy.  But about 30 to 40 people did show up.  There was lots of talk about why it was canceled.  We also did a lot of talking about flying and about the club.  One person for sure is going to sign up.  That is what it is all about.

     By the time you read this the Pattern contest will be over.  However there are many events yet this year.  We will need people to become involved in running these events.  We need people to help set-up, cook, and clean up.  There are other things that also need to be done.  Contact your local Boy Scouts, and tell them about us.  We also need to get the word out in other ways.  Such as schools and setting up in the Malls.  Let me know what you find out.  If you have the talent to make signs, please let me know.
