The Electric Fly-In was a hit. Some people from last year showed up and you could see their newest projects. There were also some new people looking to get into the hobby. Two new guys showed up to see what it is all about. I have forgotten their last name, but their first name is Gary, so I will call them Gary and Gary. Better then Darrell and Darrell. It looks like they may get into electrics too. They have been training with Stan.
When you see Dale and Tina please thank them. They came out and provided the Sub sandwiches, pasta salad, and treats, all at no cost to the club. Kevin donated the pop and water. Because of this the club made $100.00. Big Thanks to Dale and Tina and Kevin. So when we have big events like this, I would like to see more people help out like this. Bring 20 Hot dogs or brats, hamburgers, buns or chips. If everyone donates a little, it will add up big time.
The end of the fly season is near. Do you have plans for your next plane? Kit built? ARF? Plans build? Going to rebuild the crashed ones? Or pull out the one in the rafters, and upgrade the radio?
