NOTE: On all SSDs the shaded boxes on the Drone Racks, Plasma Racks and the ADDs represent the Y175 refit. |
NOTE: On some SSDs the fighter/shuttles have shaded boxes, these represent the crippled the status of the fighter/shuttle. |

(R12001) TIGERSHARK MULTI-ROLE CRUISER (MRC) The
WYN intended this ship to be the stablemate to the HDW. The first ship was completed in Y188. The
Usurper wanted the ship to join his fleet during the War of Return, but construction delays and the
WYN council prevented that from happening. A pair of fighters was standard.
(R12P.801) SMALL CARRIER (FV) During
the years the Orions operated a shipyard in the Cluster the WYNs had managed to acquire a small
number of Slavers. In the spring of Y180 they finished modifications to one of these ships
turning it into what they called a small carrier. In addition to the fighters the
modifications included the addition of Labs and a Probe Launcher. The Ursuper planned to
have this ship lead a small squadron of converted Slavers (with all Kzinti crews) to scout
Kzinti space for possible routes to Kzintai. The ship carried six TAAS fighters but proved
too small to operate a MRS.
(R12P.802) ESCORT FRIGATE (FE) Built as an
escort for the small carrier, this ship was equipped with a full aegis carried two TAAS
fighters of its own and in addition has ready racks to service the fighters of the
carrier. It is treated as a casual carrier. The ship was also equipped with Labs and a
Probe launcher.
(R12P.803) SCOUT FRIGATE (FS) Using another
Slaver the WYNs configured this one as a scout. It was intended to accompany the Small
Carrier in a search for routes to the Kzinti homeworld. The ship carried two TAAS fighters
and it treated as a casual carrier. Additional modifications included a Probe launcher and
Lab facilities.
(R12004) FRIGATE (KFJ) In Y150 a disgruntled Klingon
captain, attempted to defect to the Kzintis with his F5J penal frigate. Cut off from the border
by other Klingon forces, and with loyal security troops about to take back the ship, he attempted
suicide by plunging into the WYN cluster. Quickly captured by the WYN forces, he joined, with
officers and prisoners loyal to him, the WYN fleet and was especially keen on taking
revenge on the Deep Space Fleet.
(R12005) LIGHT CRUISER (KD5) In Y177, A D5K, pursuing
pirates, was caught while penetrating the cluster by WYN forces. In danger of being captured, the
captain disengaged the boom and intended to destroy the rear hull. Unfortunately, the WYN were able to
prevent this and captured the rear hull. A year later, they mounted a damaged FF hull on the front of
it and put it back in service. Note: Disruptor (E) is limited to a range of 22 hexes. Semi-Aegis
only controls the rear PH-3s and ADD.
(R12003) ESCORT (KE3) In Y140, the WYN captured their first
E3 escort from the Klingons. Over the years, more were purchased or captured.
(R12002) PIRANHA CORVETTE (COR) The WYN forces
'captured' a Kzinti Corvette that tried to penetrate the cluster in Y183 (although there are rumors
that it was a gift to the Usurper). They immediately used it as a basis for their own Corvette
design. They found the ship useful in defending the cluster, but because of its small size, very
vulnerable when exiting the radiation zone. Due to this, it was seldom seen in operation outside the
cluster.
NOTE: Due to the small size of this ship, a type-VI drone does 4 pts. of damage rather than 2, and any defensive fire systems treat this ship as if it was a PF. |
NOTE: This ship can land and take off from a planet using all landing systems. |
