of therapeutic massage if it has been ordered by a
medical doctor or chiropractic doctor. Ask your doctor
If massage would be a good therapy for your recovery.
Encourage your health care provider to call

You can most likely use workplace
benefits such as a
pre-tax medical savings plan or a ‘cafeteria plan’
for
your massage treatments if you have a referral from
doctor. Check with your HR is you have questions.
You may be able to deduct some or all of the cost of
your massage treatments on your annual tax return.
